PACE has a range of services focussed on increasing participation in sport and physical activity, particularly amongst people with physical and learning difficulties.
Delivering workshops, assemblies, coaching, team-building sessions, tournaments, sports days and bespoke programmes of physical activity allows us to raise awareness of disability sport, whilst getting people active.
A wide range of individuals and organisations can benefit from our services, from local community groups through to corporate organisations, schools, day centres, sports clubs, coaches.

PACE Boccia
PACE MSL
Our classic Saturday afternoon multi-sport club! Open to all young disabled people, their friends and siblings.
All activities are inclusive and adapted to ensure full participation from ALL of our members! Sessions take place at the Havelock Community Centre, Trubshaw Road, Southall, UB2 4XW.

Multi-sport Challenge Day
PACE offers bespoke programmes of competitive multi-sport activity for people with a wide range of physical or learning difficulties, as well as the opportunity to be part of a team and compete in the PACE Multi-sport Challenge Championship!
We aim to remove some barriers to sport for disabled people, by coming to you and delivering activities in your setting, at a time of your choosing, on your terms. This can include delivering sport in lounges, community halls and gardens!
Programmes are designed to improve physical fitness, functionality, confidence, self-expectation, as well as providing all participants with access to competitive physical exercise, bringing out all types of personalities in a fun and supportive environment.
Annual Awards are provided for each organisation as their members compete in their teams to be crowned PACE Multi-sport Challenge Champions!
All of our coaches are qualified, DBS checked and are experienced.

Community Coaching
What We Do
Community Coaching is a PACE service, which equips our coaches with specialised training, skills and knowledge to follow PACE principles in adapting sport.
This training helps ensure active participation from members of all ability levels within our sessions.
Our coaches deliver a range of activities designed to get people active, and raise awareness of disability sport.

How we do it
PACE coaches have worked in a variety of settings, and with groups of varying sizes. Some of our previous projects include;
- Multi-sports days for local day centres
- Disability sport assemblies and workshops in schools and colleges.
- Support with adapting PE syllabuses.
- Boccia tournaments for local organisations.
- Coaching for schools or clubs involved with competitive sport.
PACE Pals
PACE Pals is a virtual social initiative by, designed to foster community and connection amongst our members.
Hosted by Alex, these sessions provide a welcoming space for participants to engage in open discussions on a variety of topics.
Session Details:

- Day: Every Tuesday
- Time: 5:00 PM
Each session lasts for one hour, offering an opportunity for members to check in and chat about anything and everything.
Engage with PACE Pals to connect with others, share experiences, and be part of a supportive community.
Satellite Clubs
Community Boccia is a Boccia England level 1 accredited club, currently working towards level two standard.
Boccia is a paralympic sport, where athletes propel red or blue coloured balls towards a target ball, called the Jack. It is a game of skill and subtlety, inclusive for athletes of all ages and abilities due to the nature of equipment and adaptations made.
