PACE Charitable Trust is proud to announce one of our dedicated volunteers and fundraising veterans, Dale Jones, will be taking on a new challenge for PACE. This time, he will be joined by his partner Michelle, as they prepare to take on the renowned Three Peaks Challenge to raise vital funds for our work.

Dale and Michelle, committed supporters of PACE, are combining their passion for adventure with a heart for giving back to the club. The challenge will see them tackling the highest mountains in England, Scotland, and Wales in an inspiring effort to raise awareness and support for our cause.

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Snowdon in Wales. It’s a physically demanding test of endurance, involving over 3,000 metres of ascent and around 23 miles of walking. Participants must also factor in the long hours of driving between peaks. It’s not just about physical strength; time management, teamwork, and mental resilience are crucial. This challenge is popular with fundraisers and adventurers alike, pushing individuals to their limits while supporting great causes.

Dale and Michelle have been training in the lead-up to the challenge, mindful of the physical and mental demands.

The next 2 weeks I’ll be making sure I’m eating well and getting as much sleep as the kids allow. I will probably swim and do some gentle jogs.

Dale’s commitment and thoughtful preparation reflect the care and determination he brings to everything he does for PACE.

As well as the mountain climbs, we are also looking forward to seeing some nice parts of the UK and raising some money for PACE

It’s this blend of adventure and altruism that makes his journey so inspiring. At PACE, we are incredibly grateful for volunteers like Dale and Michelle, who go above and beyond to make a difference. We wish them the very best in their challenge and thank them for supporting our mission.

Dale has been raising money for PACE for many years now, helping PACE deliver a myriad of services that have helped empower over 14,000 people across London over two decades. This wouldn’t be possible without the love and support from people like Dale and Michelle. So please do donate if you can!

If you’d like to sponsor Dale and Michelle, please visit their fundraising page.

Good luck Dale and Michelle!!!
